Here is what I ate today

Breakfest

Oatmeal
1 cup dry oatmeal
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup whole milk
2 tbsp of olive oil

snack 1

4 eggs, 1 apple

Lunch

big plate of left over tortellini's with ground beef

snack 2

4 eggs, 1 apple

snack 3

jack links beef jerky (medium sized pack) Met RX collosall bar (410 calories 28grams of protein)

**** trained ******

Post workout shake rootbeer flavor 30 grams of protein 50 grams of carbs 330 calories or so

30 minutes later Dinner

big plate of ground beef brown rice and steamed veggies, ground beef cooked with sauted onions, bell peppers and garlic big glass of whole milk.

2nd dinner

big plate of chicken pot pie

1 hour later 2 kudos bars big bowl of ice cream

today was a good day of eatin

Me to, had a big bbq, weight is moving up nicely, weighed in at 204bs

Thats a lot of grub -- reminds me of my "training table" days as a sprint discipline track cyclist -- (for track sprints, we spend as much time in the weight room as on the bikes, with emphasis on the clean and jerk, snatch, and squat-- therefore using a ton of food to keep it up)

Right on, yup you need some strong legs for cycling. the emphasize of my training is on the same basic stuff, with deadlifts taking more of a priority than the squat.

I have to eat 4,000 calories or so a day just to maintain, but 4,500-5,000 works better.

Strongman training burns a lot of calories.
