ok folks, weather is gertting colder. Time to start next years project. I need a 235 I6 for the Suburban that you see in the avatar. I prefer the 60-62 so that numbers match. The motor in the truck is original, it has 49000 on it but it's headed to the Rod shop in anolther month and I can't disable it. So I'm looking for another eng to rebuild this winter and transplant in the spring.

Then rebuild the other engine, it currently has a 1 barrel on it and I'm looking for something that has a dual carb set up. either single barrels or 2 barrel manifold.

Have you found a 235 yet? I have a '61 235 that was running when I parked it several years ago. It's free to anyone that would be willing to come give me a hand yanking it out, but I'm in Louisiana. Let me know if you need it.
