I've not been able to get on a lurk around much here lately. I'm pretty behind on current events. I was just wondering if anyone has started a thread for the nats in MV this year or if anyone has any info on the show yet. Who might be planning on going?

a few of us have been talking about the motel (trying to get group rates right now) . but i guess we can use this post . i know it is may 3rd and 4th,2008. will try to find the link and post it here.

As far as I know about the same group that has went the last two years are going but we just haven't started a thread yet. Thanks for starting one.

I checked a few days ago.They have tentative dates set as the first weekend in May(as usual) I should get a flyer from them in another 10 days or so.I can hardly wait!!!!

We're working up a group rate deal, trying to find a close by hotel that'll give us a really good rate! We should have the post up sometime this week pending official show dates.

The Chevy Truck Nationals are on May 2-4 in Maggie Valley. For any of you who haven't gone your missing out. The Tenn folks meet up at this show every year and its a blast. Good trucks, good friends and good food.. makes an awesome weekend away.

Liz, Do you have any more info on this event? Host hotel? Registration web site? Now that we are going to have Jimmy at the house we want to take him out often he's been couped up so long you know.

The hotel details are being finalized as we speak. I had the link to the show at one point, but now I can only find info on last years... I will ask the tenn guys if they have the links as well
