When I put a later model seat in mine, I couldn't even give my old one away. It was a good useable seat. I guess it would depend on the need in your area.

I've always heard, that for seats, you figure how much it would take to get new foam and a cover for the one you have, and way that to a new seat. Thats what their worth.

If a new one cost $300, and it would take 100 to get yours looking new, then its worth 200. Way too much repro stuff for them to be worth too much.

I have a seat that is recovered and new foam out of my 1968. Near perfect asked 150 dropped to 100 still have it. So based on that Id think what is there in this thread is 1.00dollar for scrap price. my .02%
