I was out hanging with the guys at the local parking lot car show while the wife was at work (Grave Yard at a hospital). Didn't get home till 3:45am.

Okay....got the studs in....

Home depot 9/16 drill bit. They drilled out pretty easy since there is not much material coming out. I just did it by hand, no drill press needed.

Then I just pressed these in....they were a little tight going in but no harm.

Outlaw.. I went and bought the 46185's per your sugestion.. Redrilled the axles with a 9/16. But there is no way these are going in. 9/16 = .560 and these are .590. I ended up striping one trying to get it to suck in even after opening the hole up a little more. I ended up pulling the axles to try and use my press. That was a no go.

Axles are off to a machine shop tomorrow now to try and open the holes enough for the .590 knurl. Was hoping to be at the track Fri for a 12pm - 10pm test and tune. Sat is TNT and Sunday is a event. We'll see if I can still make it..

Awww man I totally forgot about this issue........and just forgot to update it.

My situation did not work out. I did mention that the studs were a little tight going in but they all went in. HOWEVER, that knurl sticks out of the axle a bit and proved to be a conflict with my rotors since I have rear disk brakes. I ended up ordering a new set of moser axles for $283 studded and shipped to my door.

I apologize...I totally forgot that you were wanting to try this and just forgot to finish telling the story .. my bad

I've been told it is a 77 vette master but I have never confirmed this. To me it looks like a regular chevy truck master. The prop valve is just a regular 4 port brass piece from CPP.
