this just came to me yesterday...

instead of doing ghost flames on a truck, i think it would be really cool to do ghost ss stripes. just like a normal set up the hood and along the roof, you could even have them come down the tailgate. but they would be mostly unnoticable until you caught them in the right light...

let me know what you think, maybe i will try this...

I saw something like that at a car show one time. It was on a camaro, but it was a tad different. It had ghost SS stripes, but the guy decided to take it to the next level. Instead of the stripes being solid pearl, he had it so it was checkered. It was bada$$. The car was black, and the pearl was this blue purple tint..... awesome

Well, it HAS been done. When I was at a Chevy show in Tulsa I saw a Chevelle that was silver with slightly darker "shadow/ghost" stripes. You had to get at the right angle.....they were different. Personally, I think a "color" would be more effective than "silver". :D

with the amount of trucks with ghost flames out there it had to have been done. i think i might get red done over my white paint on my s10....

This just gave me the idea that i saw this really cool truck that had stripes on the hood and roof and bed cover and teh gate, but on the windshield they had tint that extended the stripes. rather nifty if you ask me.

Mikes is down the street from my house. Alot of the local trucks featured in Streettrucks magazine get their tint done there. Flames, skulls, leopard print, crazy stuff. Anything is possible with enough $$$$$$$$:rolleyes:
