What are these tow hooks off of and what are they worth?

Bus....too many around to have any real value. Maybe 10 dollars value.

I was going to sell them, but if they are only worth $10 then I will keep them and use them for something.

They look like the old dodge military maybe. I would guess around 20-40 bucks on e-bay...
