I hunted but I seem to have "misplaced" the CGITC app. I got a while back. I'll send an envelope for a new one.

Young Gun is right! This is the 21st Century, right? Should be much easier on the club membership chairman to do the entire thing online!!

that works too but a hard copy (paper)needs to be mailed to the nc addy

also those old aps are being updated, and the addy is wrong, so just make sure if they are via email they are going to one central addy and that the board names are included on them.

Sure, go ahead and send me one and I'll just mail it in since it'll have the correct info. on it. Then I can fix the .pdf I have to make it match as well:D

i am workin on the CGITC site trying to get it back up and going and hope to have it up and running by the end of may

as for the email apps
if sumbody can scan (i dont have a scanner) a app with the correct info on there and email or pm it to me so i can approve it
then and only then i can start emailing them again
unapproved apps will not be accepted when sent in
