Looks like everyone had a good time. Hammer stopped by here on his way home and we had dinner with my young-uns... Hated to miss the event but my girl did when her soccer game and on to the next round in the tournament.

We did cruz down a couple of exits on I40 on his way home.

My day started out 140 miles away from the meet. I met Andy and Dwayne at the waffle house near Spartanburg and we headed north to the meet.

The weather was crappy when we left, but it quickly cleared up.

Made it to the meet just fine. There was some sweet trucks there!

We plan on doing it all over again this fall! I got a few ideas of where to hold it this time, more details to come.

There was one GMC there Liz's Yukon was there its just a wee bit newer.

One thing about the NC meet.We had a celebrity show up.Can anyone guess who??

And NO Asa,I will continue to rant about the NC folk not having meets until we have as many as the Tn folk and get bigger turnouts.It was a really great time and Josh and LIZ did a fantastic job of setting it up and organizing everything.They had family stuff going on and managed it around that.I can not think of a reason for not making a meet.There is just too much fun to be had.I drove my truck 120 or so miles round trip and it hasn't been that far in a couple of years.I spent 2 weeks just getting it roadworthy.The deadline I set of driving it to that meet was met.If I had not gotten it going i would have driven My dodge just to drool on someone elses truck.I have met about 200 BB members over the years and have yet to meet one I did not like.My truck still needed a carb/rebuild when it made the meet but i will be getting one from a member who was there next week.So sometimes you are blessed by friends at these meets.Actually you are always blessed by the fact that these people become close friends.
