A big thank you to all who donated last year, be it cash, prizes, supplies etc. we could not pull it off without your support.

so with that said, since the meet is creeping up and going to bite us all in the butt very soon... if you want a place to relieve yourself that doesnt involve the woods and leaves and you would like to be able to eat :) the donation address is above

Right now we have $387 total. That will pay for the porta potty rental IICR. Last year we spent $1500 on food and porta potties etc. Unless we are able to get more funds in, we will not end up providing food this year.

Thank you to all who have sent in donations thus far.

Liz, I don't mean this to be out of line and if it is I apologize, but I think we should just be assigned something to bring and if people can't then donate a little money for things to be bought to help out with the food and supplies. Kind of like it's always done in Maggie, but obviously on a little bit bigger scale.

Just don't see why it's the board's responsibility to feed our faces :) Just my .02, it may not even be worth that.

that was tried last year and did not work. Folks commit and do not come through, or feel put on the spot to do things they can not. We will be shopping for all supplies and food when we are there.

There are lots of folks who can not afford to donate. They can feel free to bring a little something with them for a door prize or such instead. example being, go to the local dollar store and pick up 2 lil outside toys or 2 pocket flashlights etc. Your only out of pocket $2 and change and have helped a bunch.

And this is not meant in hate at all, im just half asleep withs creaming kids everywhere.. but I know of several folks who I know can NOT afford to donate, and they sent in $5 or so to help anyway. One is not going to the meet, is out of work and still sent in a small donation .


Right now we have enough for the porta potties, hot dogs hamburgers and supplies to go with. It all depends on how many folks show up to what we can do.

If you want me to bring about 100 bags of chips I can do it since I get a good deal on them.

We will be donating through Paypal just like last year. If you guys want us to, we can bring all the buns that are still in our freezer from NORWOOD. We will be bringing a bunch (large bunch) of Susan's famous chocolate chip cookies---enough for everyone (if we can keep SOME from taking 10 at a time and you know who your are!!). The ingredients and the cooking preparations are already under way but the final production will be staged to the last minute as we use no preservatives on these little jewels. I am going to disguise my truck to avoid possible roadblocks along the way. Huck
