We are looking for wooded property with a creek within 3 or 4 hours drive of North GA. If anyone here is in the real estate business, knows someone in the real estate, has property to sell themselves or knows of a piece for sale (bird dog fee applies), I would like to hear from them. I am over here from Texas visiting family and on the way to the NBM @ Big Sandy, I'd like to look at some avialable property. I know, I should have done this weeks ago and made better plans. Looking for minimum 40 acs., wooded (mostly mature trees), year around creek or maybe pond, hilly/rolling/mountainous. I'm searching online like crazy, but the more eyes out looking, the better.
