The wheel and horn ring are factory for a 60's Chevy car. The factory horn ring for the '60-'66 Chevy trucks has only the lower portion of the horn ring and the cars had a full ring. Even though it will fit the trucks, it is not stock equipment on the trucks. You may get more for it from the car enthusiasts, because the Custom steering wheel and horn ring assemblies for the trucks don't typically bring as much cash.

I'd put it on flea-bay. That place where a fool and his money are soon parted!

eBay is not for everyone, but I have had very good luck buying & selling '60-'66 Chevy truck parts on eBay over the past eight years. Swap meets and craiglist are also a great place to buy/sell/trade Chevy truck parts. Good luck with the sale.

to be exact for ebay, or anyone else, that is a 1958 belair/biscayne passenger car steering wheel.
that unbroken full ring is quite a rare find and 1958 only.
