Hello all

I recently submitted a resume to a company just outside greensboro. Hopefully it goes good and they offer me good money and relocation expenses.

What I need to know is, where is some of the cheaper but nice housing areas that are within 30 minutes of piedmont triad international airport.


I have a wife and 5 kids, the oldest which is 18 may not be moving with us. the rest are between 8 and 13.

Need nice neighborhood, good school

oh, I also need luck that they will give the goods. the area from what i can tell is beautiful, wife loves it, and we are really looking forward to moving out there

Shoot me a PM when you find out.I can get the goods on places to live.I have a next door neighbor who is a realtor and I keep pretty good tabs on housing prices.I am close to the Airport GSO also.They are putting in some nice condos but housing is in a slump right now so it's a buyers market.I think there are a couple of 4-5 BR homes in my area and at least you know there are a few truck nuts around.
BTW No neighborhood associations where I live.

Well, from what I have heard the compnay that im looking for employment in N.C. isnt going to be doing the major hiring for 6 months to a year. So i will just have to keep my fingers crossed. Really hoping to move out that way.

I just had a phone call from a lady at Honda, and she told me they want me to fly to north carolina for an interview possibly next week.

Nothing yet but i expect to hear from them this next week. I had a great time, though the wife was upset i didnt come back with a camera full of pics.
