Trying to finish off my "Farmers Tan". I got home about 11.....no drunks running over me (did they ever get the guy out of the middle of the road?) thankfully.

Thanks for a great time....good seeing everyone. Wish you guys had gone to Williams Grove with us....great racing

he stopped, but if he got out of the truck he would of fell on his face .
and even though he was VERY MELLO i know how things can turn around when sonme one is that intoxicated.
I didnt want anything to do with him.
so i guided him past and told him to slow down and take it easy.
he drove away at about .5 miles an hour:lol:

Great thread(for the most part ().It`s nice to get some other views of the show I never got.It was great meeting so many new faces from the board and the rest I have already met. It`s hard to list them all and not forget any.I hope all chime in here.I met members from NH to NC.I`m not sure if the NH Truck Mafia or Barry B get the long distance award.I believe I counted 30+ members I spoke to.I realized I knew more people there than back home!It was truly an uplifting weekend.I can only imagine what a board meet would be like. It`s a fact that there`s no such thing as too much truck talk.If there is,I can`t imagine hoe many days or different people it would take to run out.My wife was wrong.I don`t care who y`are!
Yes,it was great sleeping in the Blue Cott Suite at the Silver Tarp Motel. It got chilly at night,so I borrowed a canvas drop cloth with a fair coating of paint from olblue60,made one make shift end wall from headliners and door panels. Now,I`m not trying to get all upscale on anyone with all that class.I believe we all do the best we can with what the good lord gives us and for those stuck in hotels I`d like to say,"I feel your pain."
No,not cat food.Them`s my Goldfeesh Flavor Blast Cheddars!!
I was nearby when that drunk ran across jc`s trailer in a totally cherry 4wd.Once he was guided through, with alot of EXTRA instruction,he never even got out to look at his truck!!

It was nice meeting a few of you guys and Thanks Mike for the beer and Tailgate. Our club website should have some pics and videos up sometime in the near future. I know on our message board some people have posted links to pics and videos. I need to try and find a good video of me and my buddy dragging my S-10 during the drag contest. www.diverserides.com

We stopped by to talk to Tim on the way in and on the way out.

It was winding down on Sunday, but we had too much life going on at home to make it on Saturday. I'll unload and upload my camera tonight. :)

Stood there talking to Tim and trying to remmeebr that as much as I wanted the cab parts, the two cherry fenders and the old school Edelrock manifold -- my house bills have to come first.. lol (I did point out to management what stuff I really need to finish the truck! lol)

We almost got run over twice -- once by some kid in an S10 Blazar and once by someone trying to back a trailer into a spot.

Made a parts connection though -- someone came by looking for a manual sterring box -- seeing as I have one serving as a door-stop we exchanged a bit of info and we'll see what we can do. :) (Tim is a great facilitator!)

Sorry about the late reply. I had to figure out my board name, it has been awhile. Anyway, I met jc & spec-K on friday night. I met Mike during the day on friday. I had the copper 67 for sale in the last row towards gate one. Spec-k took pics friday night, but I didn't see any posted. I forgot my camera so no pics. I had a great time - sold just enough to pay for the space. Later, Jerod

all but the UH-72 are full motion, 6 or 7 different databases (Hawaii, Alaska, PA, Korea, etc..) weather, bad guys, emergency malfunctions, etc..

guess there pretty advanced, enough to log actual flight time in.

I can set up a tour if we get a few guys together. Open most weekends and everyday until 9pm or so.
