Looking at my calendar it seems that October is full of car shows and swap meets so the available Saturdays for a group get-to-gether are the 11th or the 18th.

The following poll is set up to get the input from those interested in participating. The plan is for everyone to meet at the location by a certain time for a hamburger or chicken cookout with all activities wrapped up by 3 or 4 PM to let everyone enjoy a nice cruise home.

The available options for locations are Brenham, Tx for a park show & shine type meet or the Central Texas Car Museum in Rosanky, Tx for grilling, chillin and some drooling over the cars in their collection.

One thing we need to keep in mind is, yes it needs to be fun but it also needs to be productive towards getting leaders established & other things

Well, there's Border Bash on the 12th but that's all I have for now so either works for me.

Unfortunately we are not getting much of a response on this poll so far. I think it runs through Sunday the 5th. If we do not have a group of 10 by then we can always try later.

There have been 54 views of that poll so far and only three votes which tells me only a few people are checking it very often or many people have viewed it and are not interested in even declining to participate.

I am not going to twist anyones arm to get involved. If enough people sign on it would be fun. If only a few it will probably die on the vine.

I would love to show up but with my schedule I would need more than a month notice to get off if it is more than 2 or 3 hours from DFW.

I voted 10-18 in Brenham. I'm afraid I'll be driving my new Dodge though...:(

NVM, if this is an afternoon meet I can totally make it. Hell, if you guys are passing 290 and 1960 I can prolly ask my work (Russo's Coal Fired Pizza, very kick ass) to set up some tables for us, before we cruise out to brenham. I'm off 290 and mason rd, so it's a short trip for me!
