My part time employer called me earlier this week & wanted to know if I could maybe work a couple of days next week.
Being the sl_t (you fill in the vowel) that I am, I couldn't say "NO!"

They called me late this morning & want me to work tomorrow; and the few days next week may turn into 2 weeks!

The possibility of 2 whole, consecutive weeks of work is like manna from Heaven!

I'm happy! I just had to share!

I found out this afternoon that the guy I was subbing for is coming back to work on Mon.
So I got 1 week of work, not 2.

One week is certainly better than a swift kick in the boy parts.
And there ain't no reason for fretting about stuff that I can't control.

It just means more time on the board!
I hope you guys can tolerate it.
