I bought too many parts to fit. I am replacing my floor pan front and outer rear, rocker etc. I'm guessing that the extra material on the outside of the floor pieces is the inner rocker just minus the holes for the cab supports.
Just need clarification maybe a pic without the rocker. Someone did a botch repair job on my cab with metal overlaying old rotted metal and nothing matches one side of the cab to the other.

I did the same thing bought inner rockers and the floor pans. The inner rocker is part of the new floor pans at the front. I ended up using the inner rockers to patch the floor across the back of my cab as i had some rust there. Check out my build thread. You can see the extra metal on the floor pan in my build thread it is picture #6

I do not have any good pics. I just finished my passenger side and it took some work to figure everything out. Look at LMC catalog exploded view of the body parts this may help a little. you are right about the floor and the rocker. When I installed my floor I left the inner rocker as part of the floor and then cut the new inner rocker in half and butt welded it to the floor. only used what I needed. test fit test fit test fit. good luck

I think I have it now. Just had to get all the old panel on top of rotten panels out and everything made more sense. I just bought both inner rockers and outriggers for nothing. Oh well, my first project and I guess I'm entitled to a few mistakes.
