A couple days ago I sent my reume in to the Napa warehouse in the area, and got the call today for an interview tomorrow. The hours suck 10:30 am-7:00pm and 8:00 am-12:00 pm every other Saturday.the pay is mediocre at best, but it beat $0.00 an hour.I'm kind of hoping I don't get the job,but the girlfriend wants a cosmetic procedure done and we can't afford it on her salary alone,so that's my motivation.

Seriously? Probably not a good idea to post that here or anywhere on the board, but as for the job, money makes the world go round, no matter what you want to "buy".

I know what you mean about "hoping to not get the job". I've been there a couple times. I started an application for Napa. They were looking for a driver. There was no mention of benefits or anything so I left the application incomplete.

I was offered the job and accepted. Now I need to take a drug test and pass a background check. The drug test isn't a problem, but my criminally history isn't in the greatest shape.Nothing serious, just a few bar fights on there. The benefits are alright,I just don't like the idea of starting work at 10:30 AM.I'd much rather start at 6 or 7 in the morning

I dunno.
The way things are going, a job is a job.

I was able to pick up 2 days this week.........start time was 0300.....I was there.

And I agree, an early start time is better than a late one.
But whatcha gonna do?

The only reason I hope I don't get the job is because the sterting time sucks.I've never filed out an application that mentioned benefits, around here that's saved for the interview.I won't find out until sometime early next week if I passed the drug test(which I will),and the background check(which I may not,it depends on what they look for)
