My parents listed their home with ReMax. They are FINALLY moving here to be closer to us. Its a great starter or retirement place. This is the house I grew up in, so please do not be ugly :hm:

Anyway they have had tons of work done to it in the past few years. Bathroom was completely remodeled, new electric panels, wiring redone, paint through out , newer stove to name a few. Its in a great neighborhood. Growing up we use to walk to the Smithhaven Mall.. The elementary school (Eugene Aeur) is within walking distance, but 3 houses out of "walkers" so busing is there as well. Close to SUNY , Suffolk Community, Stony Brook Hospital, the LIRR etc.. just an awesome location.

If you know anyone looking, this is a great house with a fenced in yard, huge deck and is as cute as a dollhouse.
