Ok I did search for this before asking, how do you change your password,

At the top of thr page (on Grey Theme) click "User CP" in the middle of the tool bar. Once that page opens look to the left at "Settings & Options" and go to "Edit Email & Password".

That should get it done.

on a side note, before changing passwords, ALWAYS ensure your email works and accepts site mail. If it does not, you will not be able to confirm your password or access the site.
