I have a fleetside tailgate that I took off of a 64 chevy. It is in good shape with a small dent on the top lip. I think that it will fit your truck. You will have to blast it and paint it because it is green.

I also have a good 60-66 fleetside tailgate, it has a few very minor dings but in overal excellent shape. I am asking 75 for it.
