WOW ! COOL MAGAZINE !! I LIKE IT , it will come in handy for the bed work i will be attacking soon on my truck . Good ideas with the way I will have to do the cuts and joints . I dont want real wood so I will be using an item called TIMBERTECH. Just needed to know what the cuts looked like under the trim . Mine was of no help as it rotted out years ago . Thanks again .:metal:

If you use a composite lumber be sure to add extra bracing.
Composite lumber tends to be prone to creep deflection, more so than regular lumber.
I would recommend no span longer than 12" for Timbertech.
That way it won’t get "wavy" on you.
