The Savant who owned my truck before me felt that it would be a good idea to hide the inside of the bed (which has beautiful polished oak wood) with a tonneau cover, so now I've got holes drilled through the top of the bed rails every 6" for the f*****g snap heads. I don't plan on doing any driving with this truck in the rain or snow when I'm finished with it, so I don't feel the need to cover up the inside of the box...I want to show off the oak with it's several coats of high gloss varnish.
I'm just starting to dis-assemble the box to get it ready for blasting before repainting; after I've got it down to bare metal, what's the best way to fix this series of 3/16 inch holes so that once it's repainted any evidence of them being there is gone?:(
