i would like step by step instructions on how to resize pics to the 100 x 100 used for the avatar.....help the computer retard

1. Open you photo in Photoshop
2. Go to the "Image" menu at the top
3. Go down to "Image Size"
4. In the "Image Size" window, type in the new dimensions. For web, make sure that the resolution is no greater than 72.
5. Hit "OK"
6. Save the file with a new name (unless you don't want to keep the original).

PS - For posting to the board, it is best to have the file as either a .jpg or .gif.
