I got a pair of salvaged doors, I painted them then put them on my truck. On the bottom left side were them metal is spot welded together is starting to rust(in between the sheets of metal). Here's a coulpe of qesutions.
1)How could I fix this?
2)What would be a fair price for a body shop to alighn my doors?

only way I know to fix it right is to cut it out and weld in a replacement panel with a mig welder...

body shops charge around 60-70 per hour, so you should figure a minimun of one hour per door

PMO (piss me off) thats what I was affraid of and right after I pained my doors. I'll but the cuttin wheel in the grinder can cut of about 4 in. then weld a peice of 1/8 in thick flat stock.
