The truck:
1957 Chevrolet 3200 converted to 4X4. Purchased in 2008 and began process of restoring in 2008. Started body off process in August 2009 and completed in January 2012. I have driven this about 300 miles since the work was completed. Stored indoors and has had very little use.
It has a new GM 350 crate engine with mild cam, rebuilt SM 465 and NP205 transfer case. Build thread is here:

A listing of the work and parts are below:
Body:
-Pulled down to frame
-Entire body media blasted
-Back of cab replaced
-D/S step replaced
-D/S fender bottom replaced
-Front cab corners replaced
-Inner rear cab corners deleted
-Original grill and emblems re-chromed
-Painted with epoxy primer, Keystone 3 in 1 primer, Omni base (Stealth Grey) with Keystone Euro Clear
-Al’s liner (body tinted) sprayed underneath cab, on the firewall and inside fenders. Also sprayed on inside of the cab in the carpeted areas
-Aluminum fuel tank under bed with custom filler on fender
-Ashe bed wood with stainless bed strips
-Brake pedals relocated to firewall with hydraulic clutch
-Stainless steel fasteners
-Stainless tailgate chains
-Stainless overflow and windshield washer reservoir
Powertrain:
-New GM 350 small block with RV cam, quadrajet carb and Summit Racing intake.
-Sanderson cast shorty headers with ceramic coating
-Rebuilt HEI distributor
-New PS pump
-Alan Grove alternator, AC and power steering brackets
-Custom air cleaner, valve covers, breathers and plug wire holders
-Corvette master cylinder
-Dana 44 and Corporate 12 bolt rear axle
-Vintage air Gen III air conditioning and heat
-Mickey Thompson Classic II wheels with Maxxis Bighorn 255/85 R16 tires
-SM 465 transmission and NP205 transfer case. Both rebuilt
-Stainless steel brake and fuel lines
-Braided stainless brake lines from frame to axles
-New aluminum radiator
Electrical and Sound:
-American Autowire classic update 21 circuit wiring harness
-Custom sound system:
-JBL marine audio unit with wired and wireless remote
-JBL XD 600/6 amplifier
-Polk Audio 6 ½ speakers in front kick panels
-6 ½ subs under seat along with amplifier and head unit for stereo
-Dolphin gauges and billet insert for instrument cluster
-Stainless LED tail lights
-LED backup lights
-Upgraded headlights
-Newport wipers wiper motor
Interior:
-Custom upholstery with Rod Doors kick panels and door panels. Interior work performed by Bright Built Hot Rods in Salina Kansas.
-3 point seatbelts (driver and passenger)
-LED billet aluminum dome light
-Sound deadener applied to inside of cab
-Bear claw door latches
-Chrome tilt column
-CON2R steering wheel with custom one off horn button
-All new glass with one piece side windows
