Description: Alright, let me start out by saying I don't need to sell this and I really don't want to. You might look at the price I'm asking as say I won't sell it, LOL, and that may be the case. Please consider that you'll have over 20k invested if you were to try and duplicate this truck and that's not including labor. It still needs some tlc to be perfect but the hard work is DONE!

The reason for selling? My offroading needs have changed and I would like to start building a different vehicle. This sucks for me because I've poured the past 8 years into building this truck and it's 95% complete the way I wanted to build it. I can't believe it's nearly "done". This is going to be a long post so hang on!

    - very strong and dependable

Everything on the truck is new, like new, rebuilt and/or replaced. Untold man hours went into building it. I personally did everything to the truck including the bodywork. I replaced the rear inner fender wells, fixed several holes in the bed, replaced the tailgate, replaced the torque boxes (before the after market offered them), replaced rocker boxes, floorboards, lower fenders, etc. It's not completely rust free but the hard part is done.

The truck is in very good mechanical shape and the body is nice. The roll cage is already bent, it just needs trimming and welding (I'll be working on that until it sells). I'll also include all the spares I have for it:
  • o 1971 Blazer/Jimmy windshield frame (nice condition)
o GOOD upper tailgate door and both side glass for the top
o A/C parts (under hood and dash)
o factory a/c dash (radio uncut)
o spare fender in nice shape (chevy)
o factory bucket seats (pair of both 1971 and 1972)
o all the misc parts I have for this truck
    o NIB 5.13 precision gears for D60 and 14FF
o pre-bent custom fit roll cage, ready to install with plans (bendtech)

If my asking price is met then I'll also include a full multiport EFI system that is based on a 1990 TPI. It includes a custom modified weiand single plane, 1000cfm billet throttle body, new FMS 30# injectors, billet injector rails, sensors, factory wiring, 7730 and 7727 computer, inline VSS, ford e2000 fuel pump, return line, etc.

So I'm asking $15000, as is, ready to ride including all the parts I've listed and more. I'll consider reasonable offers and trades if you have a crew cab GMC canyon that would be a good candidate for a SAS and some heavy mods. Because of the severe hacking I plan with the canyon, my budget is $7500 so keep that in mind.

Wondering what the 'wheeling focus' was for this one.

Mud, rocks or a combo of the two?

Would love to see a built off road truck sold at a decent price for a change, good luck with this one.

It does both well. With only 6" lift and 42's the center of gravity is pretty low. I've had it up hammer down, los primos, the good bad and ugly, etc. at morris mountain and through some of the big mud bogs. It hooks and pulls like a beast.

I'm not getting any bites and so it's probably here to stay for a while. That's ok. If nothing else I can always strip it for the next build. I just hate to see all my work go to waste.

Have you tried selling it over on CK5?

More hard core wheelers over there looking for that kind of set up than here.
