I think I'd grow to like ya. Bringing home cool trucks would be good for all neighborhoods.

Went home for Mothers Day this weekend and my dad tossed my the keys to the 66 when were sitting out on his back porch. He said I hadn't driven it since he put the 350 in it and to see what I thought about it. I loved my tired, old, worn out inline, but being able to punch the gas and get on down the road quickly is really nice too! Night and day difference!

Old school inline 6 gets points for being original and less common. SBC 350 upgrade def makes for an easy power swap but so very commonplace. If you like the 350SBC then nothing wrong with that. I had a bear of a time making my inline 6 power steering work. Would have been a no brainer with a 350 SBC.

I kept the non original 250 I had in it to use in my Nova when I sold the truck back to him, and he had the 350 in a 72 C10 he had bought so it was an easy decision for him. He said if he can track down the original 6 he will swap it back in.

Add some gas and air to that 6 banger and it'll wake right up.....best thing I did to my stock 292 was a 4 barrel and headers....man that thing pulled good!
