Thank you so much for the excellent ideas from your build. I love some of the little custom touches you did. I also love it that this truck isnt a trailer queen, so stop being so modest, that truck rocks and I hope my truck turns out half as nice. I work on my truck every night and then before I go to bed I get on the computer to see what you have posted next, can't go to sleep till I see what you have posted so that I can come up with mods to mine based on what you have done. think I'll do like you have done and post my build after I finish it.

Thanks so much for the praise of my build, makes an old man feel good. Sometime I think it would be better to post while building, you can get a little more feedback on what's going on with other builds. Still have a lot to post before it shows it completed, thanks again. Jim

Thanks, Ray, I enjoy putting the stuff on here. I know I've seen stuff on here that other guys have done, that if I had been watching I would have used some of their ideals. Just a good group of truck junkies:metal: Jim

OK on with todays post.

Inside of dash painted. The dash was painted to match the Ultra-leather in the interior. Paint shop mixed paint, then I had them add 50% flattening agent to the paint. In makes it real thin, just add hardner and spray. Put on about 4 or 5 light coats. Easy to keep clean.

No mine was not a roll, they were 12"X12" pieces, with foil on the top and you peeled off the bottom paper. They were some type of repair pieces, can't remember more, I bought this stuff about 8 years ago, don't know if they handle if now, havent't checked. I know it didn't have that rubber smell that the rolls have.
