Really nice yard art you have there Dave:haha:

At least it is in the rocks and no mowing is required.
Wow-- Nice View!!!

I live on a gully. I have my own motorcross jump in the back it will shoot you up big time. Nice landing as long as you miss the steel BLM marker. Last year I ran about 5 hoses over there just so I could keep it watered.:uhmk: When kids go back there I yell at them and tell Copper to bark at them till they leave.. Aslo makes a nice archery range.

Just looking thru youre thread and noticed some of my pics. For my set up i'm not using the stock gas tank and will be installing bump stops from the frame to the axle, so no worries about bags compressing to much or clearance issues. The reason i but my bags under the frame was to gain tire clearance with 20x10 on back.;)

Ran out of money. So I'm doing body work on my 66. I already had the filler and paint. Plus I've been busy making more money. Its a vicious cycle. Ok I've been slackin also.

Found out my 700r4 was a piece of crap. It's the kind with the small output shaft. Good thing it was only a bill. Think I'll just buy a new rebuilt one. Got a killer deal on some license plates. Picked up enough to do the whole inside of my cab. Hit the money tree with some grow lights. Should be kicking out some bills soon.:metal:

I did'nt notice it was the wrong size intill I went a bought a slip yoke for it. Then I noticed the yokr was to big I ran the numbers and it was a 89 with the small shaft. I heard they suck.

The small shaft 700r4's wont work. When you go to take off you'll snap it in half from the tq

Did some more then I ran out of roof. When I got my truck it did'nt have a linner so I don't know what to do. In need to ancor the plates to sonthing. I was thinking some kind of arched metal brace. I don't want it to rattle though.:smoke: Maybe every 5 inches or so? It looks like the old liner was foam glued to the roof? Are a dogs balls round or pear shaped ? So many ??

Your dog looks like he's saying "What the fu*k did you do that for?.:haha:

Re: Daverods 52

I wonder how bright it will be in the cab with the reflection off the luminous plates from headlights of oncoming cars OR from the flashing lights of the squad car that has you pulled over.
The dog just wants to fertilize the money tree again...........

daverod 07-21-2011 09:41 AM

Re: Daverods 52

Maybe I can get somekinda anti reflective clear paint? I don't know how bad it will be? The flash seems to make it worse than it is.:mm:

Re: Daverods 52

You need a 700r4 from a 4.3 or up. 2.8 and smaller motors have the small shaft.

Re: Daverods 52

Another thing to look for is the case with the big 'K', they have supposedly (from what I read) thicker castings in the stressed areas. I found mine behind a 4.3 and rebuilt it for a 5.7.
