If you have a lift, you can do a sway bar disconnect that lowers the swaybar connection just a bit. I have this but don't really use it. Probably just new bushings and you're good.

They are AC Delco ball joints.

So, I will grease and plug them before inserting axles.

Have you experience with sway bar bushings?

Thanks,

I just looked as some AC Delco joints and it does look like they come out on the bottom. What you are supose to do is grease it up good now and then put in plug (both upper and lower). Then periodically, you will have to turn the front axles in such a position so you can remove the plug, install zerk, grease, and then re-install plug again. Probably no need to disassemble the whole front end. Probably might make it easier to remove tire but may not be necessary.

I don't think there is enough room for zerk to remain in place for the upper joint.

The lower joint zerk is vulnerable of getting hit from a rock so that also needs the plug.

I think you are good to go! :metal:
