Well, I haven't done a whole lot since getting the power steering conversion done. Been driving it to shows and cruise nights. Definitely getting the PS installed made it SO much nicer to drive.

During my Christmas break I had planned on also getting my 5 speed swap done but it rained most of those two weeks, I was only able to get the PS conversion done. Last week, the clutch finally gave up and I started having problems so it was time to do the 5 speed swap.

I am documenting this in this thread AX15 5 Speed Conversion

I am in the middle of this but will share a couple pics.

Check out the conversion thread for more pics and to follow the conversion.

Oh, here's "glamor" shot from a local car show. :D

Well it has happened, I sold the truck to a guy who had been wanting to buy it for over a year. I has been a great truck and I've been to a bunch of shows and cruises with it but I found something I wanted even more. Sad to see it go but here is what I bought to replace it.

'64 Chevy II Wagon (sorry for the crap cell phone pics)

Still need to get my Panel on the road and then back to the '68 C10.

Cool wagon. Are you on http://www.stevesnovasite.com/? I know the Nova scene is huge in your neck of the woods. My dad has a '62 vert and a '63 wagon. The wagon is a 58k original mile California car, just about to get a 5.3L swap.

I was so close to buying one just like yours but with a 283 back in 1990.
I even took it for a drive.
I can't remember now why I passed.
One of my favorite cars.
