Mechanixman,

Did you ever finish this and get some drive time on her? Any issues or things you would do differently? Really would like to see an update on this one since its really well detailed. I need to do the same thing but just dont have a grand for brakes. Thanks

Hey May,
Sorry for the late reply. I probably have 300 or 400 miles on the them so far and I haven't had anything bad to write home about. Wait...that's not true. I wasn't aware that when using spacers, you should constantly check the torque of the lugnut connecting the spacer to the hub. I had one lug bolt come loose on me, which I didn't appreciate.
I'll update with pictures and more details once I finish updating my build page.

Thanks for the patience.

Thanks for the update, what wheel, tire and hubcap package did you wind up using?

I'm putting rear disk on my 71 GMC 3/4 ton. I am using caliper brackets made by a 4x4 shop that did advertise on Ebay

The outfit I bought this pair from doesn't have anything on Ebay now though.

Well if there are no bends in it, that should be a simple piece to hand to a water jet shop and have em make a bunch. Just have to tap the holes.
