Not much of an update but I got some self holding nuts I was missing for the rear crossbar in the mail. So I mounted that up.

Also made a panel to start shaving the firewall. It's my first panel I've made using the bead roller. ( don't mind the toaster :) )

Brakes showed up today. I'll get more pics later. But this will give you a idea on the size of these monsters.

Haha! It should stop pretty good. Main reason was it needed to look good in the wheels!

Haha well maybe you will order a set of 24s :)
Not gonna lie your rendering popped up in a image search in google and helped make the choice for the wheels. I didn't know there a build thread tho. I'm excited to see your truck come together!

Awesome! I'll be following yours as well.
You are going to love the wheel even more in person, the concave makes them look sick.

So you can see how in the first pic the gas tank mounts don't extend all the way over the rails and I really didn't want to drill a hole so off center in the frame in order to still get a good bite on the aluminum. So I drew up some tank mounts that I'm going to weld inside the rails. I got one welded in before I had to go to work and I plan on finishing the other three once I'm off late tonight.
