In the front we weld the flat bottom plate, then the top flat plate we notched so the bag would fit inside when deflated. We did take pictures. The fronts also drop spindled too. It sits the front flat on the ground and the tires touching the factory inners with a 215/70/15. I used the bigger Firestone bag on the front just cause it collapses down better the the AirLift bag.

In the rear we build our own weld in notch, I plate the inside rail for strength and use a 6.5" inside diameter pipe to fit the axle and u-bolts into a little better. I spent a little time with it on the rack just grinding little issues to make sure everything cleared the way I wanted it to. Has a 2" block, Airlift Bags stock locations, Rear end goes thru the bed floor (no kissing it here). But still not crazy like I'm use too. But I think we trimmed it off nicely!!!

Double switch panel, dual needle gauges, 5 gallon tank, 2- ViAirs 444s, 175 pressure switch.

We moved in October and just finally got the garage in order. So time to tear my 61 apart.
It's bagged now but I want to redo some stuff.

Ya, don't want to cut up the bed floor. My 105lb dogs need all the bedside they can get when I take them.

Mild rear C notch with 5 1/2" pipe, rear 2" blocks, front 2" spindles and a bag kit from Borris aka way2lo2.

The rear diff touches the bed floor and just presses slightly on the boards. I have another 1 1/2 inch in the notch, but don't really want to open up the bed floor. I found a cool old diff cover and had it line x'ed fill the hole if I cut it and then pocket my LCA's or get a set of tubular arms and drop it another 1 1/2".

^^^ Bad A$$$$$$!
What method did you use to bag it, are you cutting the bed now? What are your wheel tire specs?
Thanks

Re: How about some pics of bagged 60-66

20x8.5 only thing I did to the bed was cut out a square for the chunk to come up in the bed. tires are 245 35 in the front and 275 30 in rear
