Nice, what I'm doing is very similar except I've made a new channel for the AC/heater hoses way up in the corner of the cab, that way I can retain the fresh air vent.

More body work on the cab as of lately... driver side rockers are tacked in place and the door realigned for a nice smooth action. All coming along nicely and looking forward to getting the rest patched up on the passenger side. Still haven't decided on a color, but the new centennial edition trucks look pretty sharp...

The Vintage Air unit sits too close to the passenger side fresh air vent to be usable. I have my lines going through the firewall, so I kept my fresh air vents too. BUT... I can't open the passenger side more than about an inch (maybe less). So there won't be much air flow from that side.

Thought I'd post an update after a few weeks worth of work. Cab is coming along slowly but surely and the frame has seen major improvement. Four link is essentially complete, frame boxed, cross members built, shocks mounting still not decided yet. I still plan on cleaning the whole thing up for a fresh coat of paint once I'm for sure done with the fab work.

I also cupped the LCAs to get the front a bit lower without doing too much work. The rear was going to be way lower otherwise, should be much closer now though. I do believe I'm out of options on lowering now though given my budget and end goal. I can't afford a custom crossmember setup and I'd lose too much space under the hood with a Z or body drop.

The suspension work came out great! What shocks do you plan on running?

The front has Belltechs but not sure on the rear yet, really depends on whats available for the length range I need. I have some mounts to put on the axle tubes and the other side I'll make a bracket to put on the bed floor rails.
