Is that the way Strange set up the Ring & Pinion or was it done locally?

truck is looking good, what running boards did you use? my truck build is very similar, the rear fenders look identical. started it 8 years ago and never finished, sold it 2 years ago and bought it back last month.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=296770

have you done any of the accuair height sensors yet? I am in the process of mounting the sensors on my 64 f100 build and it is a little challenging to get the proper angle with the amount of suspension travel.

keep up the good work

thanks, accuair makes high quality components, you will be impressed. I did get my front sensors figured out and mounted I can post a picture later if you want. it is on my 64 f100 but all mustang II suspensions are pretty much the same.

here is how I mounted mine. at first I tried to mount the sensor to the frame but my lower control arm has 4 inches of travel and put the sensor arm in a bind when all the way down. I had to mount the sensor parallel to the lower control arm. It works perfect and has no binding. This is on my 64 F 100 but most all mustang II's are the same. The picture angle makes it look close to the bag but there is over I/2 inch clearance, tight quarters but it will work fine. My 64 F100 build if you want to check it out http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/12...mark-viii.html

Chassis is coming together nicely. What are you using for the engine wiring harness.

When I purchased the truck from the previous owner he had already purchased the motor/trans/computer probably as a package id assume. But it is a very nice well labeled harness I wish I could figure out where it came from

Thank you

nothing really picture worthy but finished up the rear brakes today... and got the shifter all adjusted ... its was horrible before... and ive been doing some small things while waiting for the accuair to arrive ... filled the off center stock column indention in the dash.. and have been grinding and welding away on the bed... ill get some pictures tomorrow of all that!

Re: 1950 3100 Full Custom **GunMetal**

Got the Cab back on yesterday ... and then spent the rest of the weekend fixing not so grade A work... found that the passenger side rear cab mount was just about broke/rusted through the floor... didnt get any pictures but patched it top and bottom, then had to notch the floor for the 1350 transmission yoke it only had about 1/32 clearance so instead of pushing it i went ahead and got that done.. and fired it back up to check leaks!... ACCUAIR will finally be here tomorrow! ordered my new brake and gas pedal assembly this afternoon and going to call to have my driveshaft made tomorrow should be a quick turn around time on that !
