Nice truck Kieth. Here's one my son and I are working on. He did not want to drive it with the paint like it was. It is shiney orange and white now. Lots of real patina pics in my sig.

When I found mine, I asked the same question. I was told by two different old timers that the cabs where put together and prepped at a different facility.

heres mine. Not faux-tina but the real deal. It sure looked good after buffing too. Now I AM going faux-tina because the truck got crashed and the likelihood of finding a complete palomino tan front clip in my price range (free...) is very unlikely.
So I think I'm gonna go light blue and white or light green and put the original wheels and caps back on. |
