I'm always cranky when it comes to Jap Cr*p

IMO they played the biggest part in destroying the auto industry in the US, it's a hatred I have...irrational maybe, but a hatred nonetheless.

Apologies dads longhorn for sounding snippy.;)

We used to watch dazed and confused atleast once a week in college. Still to this day when I have a few too many I get the urge to watch it. Every time I tell my wife I want a truck like that but it never works. lol

I saw the new Iron Man 3 movie and in the beginning there is a few seconds of flashing images.....hundreds of them, but if you watch closely it has a picture of the famous "Farm truck" launching.

there's also a '67 Small window in the movie Mel. Not much of a movie but it has a lot of Ernest Borgnine driving this old farm truck.

I wonder if that's the same truck? Might be color-corrected in one shot or the other. Both are '72 longbed fleetsides with a trim panel missing behind the cab/in front of the rear wheel.
Probably belongs to his Roadie.

The Driver. Stars Ryan oneal and Bruce dern. Ryan drives a red step side. It's an older movie maybe mid 60's. Just saw it last night, it also has some decent chase scenes. Sorry if this movie has been posted in this thread before. I didn't read the previous 4 pages of posts.
