finally got the accuair in today..... and got to pound away on it for a few hours got most of the wiring ran .... need to get some compress lines made... and still debating if i want to go with the copper line kinda weighing my options at this point..

pretty happy with how i was able to hide most of the wiring.! The accuair setup is top notch ... unbelievable technology.

i havent gotten this far in the instructions but when you installed your accuair i assume you get everything plumbed and wired and working with the accuair controller and then continue on to installing the sensors???

I don't think the sequence matters but I installed my sensors first because I was working on the shock mounts in the same area, I knew you would be impressed with the quality, I was

looks stellar man, so your just running plastic up the front? I like how the compressor is farther from the tank, let that air cool down before filling the tank. really dig that accuair set up. Thought about that the route and may even go there.

Re: 1950 3100 Full Custom **GunMetal**

Yes I took the cooper to the outside of the frame rail and then switched it over with a union fitting ... Worked out well and no leaks ( knock on wood )

As far as the Accuair it's amazing I won't do another vehicle without it. If only they could have a little faster shipping it would be stellar but its well worth the wait.

The compressors worked out well and luckily I have a great guy right down the street the does any kind of line fittings I could ever want

Looks great. I love the contrasting color of the copper next to the gray frame paint. I imagine Copper is pretty easy to work with. The only draw back would be the cost. Are those both fair assesments?

The copper was very easy to work with ...after I got it straightened out. With a good tubing bender it's pretty straight forward

And as far as cost I probably only spent about 60 bucks on 50 foot and ended up with about 15 foot left ( I used a bit to practice on )

Good to know. How did you go about straighting it?

Marc

Re: 1950 3100 Full Custom **GunMetal**

Cut my pieces to the lengths I needed and then layd it out on the bench and took a 18 inch 2-4 and rolled it ... Comes out straight as an arrow
