Got all my parts and frame prepped for paint before I went out of town for the weekend. Luckily my father painted all the parts for me while I was gone. Today I was able to get the Porterbuilt front end put on. I also went over and picked up my transmission from getting inspected and serviced. It's now ready for paint. Hopefully I'll have a rolling chassis soon.

Found out the ball joints were wrong today. Unfortunately I had already pressed in the lower ball joint's. So I had to spend a few hours getting that fixed. Was able to finish up the front end after that. Tech note the 63 to 70 ball joints will not fit in CPP drop spindles. You need the 73 to 87 ball joints for that to work.

New look for the wheels. Thinking of doing black around the hub cap and keep the white edges. What do you think?

So I got the motor dropped in with the transmission. Thought it was going smoothly until I hit a snag. I bought the wrong LS Holley pan and the rack and Pinion was coming in contact with the front of the oil pan. I wish I would have known this before I bought the $370 oil pan. Did a little research and found out that a stock F body oil pan works too so I ran over to the dealer ship and bought one. It's not as pretty but it has no clearance issues.
