Thank you Jim, and love that truck of yours. I am thinking of selling my 39 and finding an old ford or chevy like your 32 to build.

Thank You 79azC10. You know, My last build has a C10 front grafted clip from a 71 1/2 ton in it.

Man oh man Mike. It all looks great. So now I see why you are THE "Fab" Guy!

This is also why whenever I get to doing mine I will be buying both the front and the rear Flat Out pieces. I do NOT have the tools nor the hops to pull so etching like this off.

I am truly impressed. I'm also sad I will be in Atascadero this weekend helping my step son install wainscoting, chair railing and baseboards in the new nursery! Otherwise I'd be at your shop helping out. I'm truly sorry I can't be but hoist a few cold ones for me! (After you do the heavy work, haha)

Thank you Dan for the kind words. :)
I truly appreciate the offer to help and understand about family also, so need to apologize. :D
Like I said before, just let me know when your ready and we can tackle the suspension on your truck together. Talk to you soon.

No real update as I have a few things I have to tend too before I get back on the frame and body fitment. I will be back on it real soon though.

I feel yah man, I only get to work on my truck on saturdays. If something comes up like being sick or working on a daily, oh boy that is torture. Especially since I'm on a schedule. Its nice to have the desire to work on it, keeps it fun, makes it not feel like work.

That's very true,

Update: I was able to order my new rack & pinion and rod ends and am just waiting on them to arrive. Last place I ordered it through misquoted me a really low price then decided they couldn't do it, oh well. Hopefully will have it in a couple days and can get back on the mocking up of the body. :)

I have been purposely avoiding this build because I knew as soon as I saw what you were up to, I'd want to build a burb. Amazing work so far my friend, thanks for sharing:metal:

Thank you dubie, I hope it helps you and look for a suburban ;) to do next.

I am hoping to get back on it SOON!! I am still waiting for a Rack & Pinion so I can fit the body onto it. Sometimes the great deal on something costs you in time lost.

Ok all, IT IS ON NOW!!!! I finally found a rack & pinion at a local Pick a part. It looks nasty right now, but after I clean it up it will be perfect for my mock up. I will once again be back on the suburban.. Check it out!!
oh and by the way, I also got the steering pump, reservoir, and some small hardware for different things.
