Re: Engine Analyzer and Drag Analyzer.. Willing to put your info in.

Shaun, thanks alot for taking the time to run this for me! I have three questions about the program:

1. Can you tell me why it says in the notes- Spark Knock? I've never experienced that and I run 42 total degrees.
2. Says my A/F mixture is very poor?
3. Am I reading the graph correct in that my optimal 1-2 shift is at 6000 and my 2-3 is at 5900?

Thanks again!:chevy:

1) What fuel do you run? I have it running 91 octane.
2) Not too sure..
3) I need to go back on everyones ET's as I forgot to let it tell me optimized shift RPM for 1-2 and 2-3.. I'll try and knock that out tonight after dinner as it won't take long having all of your guys data saved.

Re: Engine Analyzer and Drag Analyzer.. Willing to put your info in.

Ok.. Everyones shift points are more or less optimized now and the ET's you see should be a good baseline..

Thanks Super 73, just have a question I noticed 70c10s times were a lot faster than mine. Do you think I could get faster times out of my truck if I went to a smaller cam and made more torque?
How about the xr288hr

or maybe even smaller?
Thanks again
