Kool truck! Quick guestion on the Aero wheels. Are they standard racing wheels or are they a dot legal rim? I know on our old race car we ran aeros and they were made to accept 1/2in wheels studs. Just wondered if these were the same way or different. Cool ride. I'll be throwing this one in the low buck builds thread...!

Yes! These come straight off a camping world truck series truck, Using oversized lug nuts to set them.

I really like your truck!! Nice job. Maybe I missed it but where did that steering wheel come from? Did you figure out a tracbar solution yet?

I got the steering wheel from ebay, details said it was from a 60s model chevy! I'm not sure where it's from. I extended the track bar 2 inches to compensate for the drop

Was the show good this year? I haven't been in a very long time. I've been hoping to go one of these fine days. Killer shot. Looks like an old NASTRUCK from days gone by.

Cool truck. Of course I'm real partial to small window steppers. Also love the pic, I agree it looks like an old school nastruck

It was a lot of fun being my first year showing,I thought the turn out was good.
Driving the high banks at low speed was some what of a challenge but a lot of fun!

Years ago I got to do the Richard Petty Driving experience around that track. I rode shotgun and all I can say is that darn wall is awful close, lol. We were flying around it. I don't know exactly how fast but more than 100 for sure. I do imagine the bank would be hard going slow. One of these days I hope I can go and show as well. I know it would be fun.
