Well it is time to get back on this project. Pulled the rear apart and ordered all the parts to make it new again. Will get some black on it this week and get it back into the chassis. Waiting on the Fed Ex guy to hurry up....

Got the rear axle all shined up and pretty. Started to put everything together and decided to break a bolt in the new ring gear... Not a popular move on my part at all.... But, he who has the right tools can over come...

Got the rear axle hung today and torqued the rear leaf bolts. Should be on two wheels tomorrow if all goes right.

Mother nature interrupted my plans this week with a lot of rain.

I did manage to get the rear axle installed. Got to start looking at tire sizes soon. Got into a fight with Dana for most of the day. Dana 44 front axle that is.

Picked up some assemblies this week. Got the 4.8 for the Blazer and picked up a 2017 L83 5.3 for Big Hoss... Got to get them installed soon and get the 4L60E changed to a 4X4.
