looks good by the way. Loving the center console though.

thanks bro! i put bolts through the wood on the back before i glassed it, i sank them into the wood a little and put fiberglass on them so they would not turn when you put the nut on.

sure bud, here is the brackets i used on the bottom, i just turned them upside down and welded some 2x4 stock to it. and then welded some 16 ga steel to the back to make it stiffer.

it would have been easier to get these but i didnt have them the day were doing it...LOL

and here is the ones i used for the top and just trimmed the edges some, and welded them to 2 pieces of 2x2 stock and then welded them to the inside of my frame at the top...

Holler if you head that way. If you can make it to Montgomery, I'll drive the rest of the way.;)

I myself figured that, that is how you put the bolts in. But, how do the bolts attach to the door? I figured you drilled holes, or used ones that were already there, but how do you secure said bolts to the door?

Re: late build thread...LOL

I would say they are attached with nuts while door panel is removed for access

Cool. Thanks! Just didn't think it would be accessible to do it that way. How many bolts do you have on each pod?

justpball 10-23-2010 04:54 PM

Re: late build thread...LOL
