Wouldn't it be "an inch lower" when he uses the bed as a truck??

Putting stuff in it.....

Its got a 3/4 on it. Id love to lower it more but I dont want to do a notch right now. And I haul my 4 wheeler a lot so I need a little height in the back.

(3/4 ton)... That explains it.... Same for me. My Stockland Shell lowered it an inch.... Hauling about 450lbs. sets it at a nice level.

Which is what our trucks are designed for.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II

No, I meant 3/4 drop. (3 in front, 4 in back).
But yeah, I still use it as a truck. And the 4 wheeler just about levels it.

Loving the shine in the 2nd pic. Gorgeous truck. That's close to the color I want my '92 Shortwide when I get it re-painted.

Here's my 98.Truck was my dads new and when he passed away I couldn't bear to see my mom sell it to someone else. It only had 31,000 miles on it when I got it in 2004 and it has 74,... on it now. It lives a very pampered life.

Oh! I love those wheels too!

Any idea what the specs are (width, offset and tire size)? I am working on my father in-laws ’93 C1500 Sportside giving it a monochromatic makeover with bumper covers, painted grill, mirrors, slight drop….you now the usual sport truck treatment. But, we need wheels! I dig the appearance and fitment of this Coys! Thx

I don't, the tires look like a 275/45/20, this truck used to be a member on fullsizechevy(if I remember correctly) but it looked totally different, he was going for a rat rod look and sold it, then somebody pointed it out to him that was his old truck or something, regardless hoping my truck looks like that one day except fleet side.

btw here's coys website with there width and offsets

Thanks buddy!

Those Coys are cool although I am interested in the American Racing Torque Thrust M Anthracite well. Probably go with 18” but my biggest concern is with the offset as we do not want the wheels sticking out past the wheel wells.

Here is a terrible picture of the project truck. My father in-law bought it in 1994 with 10K miles. It now has 90K miles. 4.3L 5speed.
