My bagged 1978 2wd Blazer build - "La Fawnduh"
Hey guys, I figured it was time to start a build thread. It's a 2wd 1978 Blazer with very low original miles. The build started in November and its coming along nicely. I plan to wrap it up in the next couple of months and here it goes...
The suspension work is being by Chassis Fab in Pearland Texas. www.chassisbyjohn.com Here it was on the day I got her. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/p...ictureid=18958 http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/p...ictureid=18959 http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/p...ictureid=18961 http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/p...ictureid=18960 http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/p...ictureid=18962 http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/p...ictureid=18963 And here is my goal for it... Re: My 1978 2wd Blazer build - "La Fawnduh"
What ever happened to those blue buckets that were in her? Remind me of the interior from a 79 Jimmy, first truck I was ever in and also helped work on, might be the same style if they're factory

Re: My 1978 2wd Blazer build - "La Fawnduh"
Here's a couple of shots taken last weekend. I haven't taken alot of pictures lately, I've been re-wiring the truck, changing all the handles and locks, and window motors, more sound deadener, and some maintenance.

Re: My 1978 2wd Blazer build - "La Fawnduh"
Sorry for the lack of updates guys. Been hella busy lately, but most of the interior is wrapped up, still lacking some wood trim pieces and details. But you can get the point by the pictures.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/p...ictureid=19243 http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/p...ictureid=19242 And here's the latest on it, its sitting on some 22" Boss 335's with the spokes painted gloss black. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/p...ictureid=19244 |

Re: My 1978 2wd Blazer build - "La Fawnduh"
No doubt, it looks great. I love the colors you've picked too. Someone here started to do a RCSB dually in those colors 4 or 5 years ago but didn't. They'll look stupid great on a round-eye square.
|
Re: My 1978 2wd Blazer build - "La Fawnduh"
Seems like that was Cheeseman with the dually wasn't it? I kept that pic for a long time just because of the color combo.

Re: My 1978 2wd Blazer build - "La Fawnduh"
