I know what you mean about the rust. When I bagged my Astro I had to cut or break off half of the original bolts. When we starting taking apart my 63 GMC, that came from CO, we couldn't believe how easily the bolts broke lose.

Re: 1966 suburban slammed fuel injected 6.2L

is it just my eyes....or are there two different angles going on with the notches? Looks like one side goes up, the other down. Is that by design?

Man that is the weirdest optical illusion I have seen in a while. I would swear those two notches are going reverse of each other but in the side and back view, they look the same. Very weird.

Cool build!!!

finally have my 6l90e recieved it yesterday from wisconsin this thing sure was heavy lifting this out of my truck hope to have the engine and trans in in the next couple of weeks before it gets to cold out

Re: 1966 suburban slammed fuel injected 6.2L

...at least my eyes weren't the only ones playing tricks on them!

had I stayed with computer control with all the efi hardware on my motor...I'd have had to have one of those 6speed automatics to go with it. Since I'm running ECM/TCM'less with just the MSD box...I'd have to spend a LOT of money to run one now. Oh well.....I guess just 1 overdrive gear will have to be enough.

What I'd be really interested in is adding one to my TBSS at some point in the future. Hopefully it will get cheaper by then.

the diff is out of a 95 caprice cop car same bolt pattern as a chevy truck 5on5 plus you get disc brakes, hows your truck coming
