95 s10 fuse panel?

Does anyone know what the two fuse slots off to the side of a 95 s10 fuse panel are for? Crappy pic, but shows what I need it to...

Upper is labeled as "PWR ACCY 20 AMP BREAKER" lower is "PWR WDO 30 AMP BREAKER"

in the factory manual the upper is power locks, circuit 540, orange wire. Lower is power windows, circuit 343, yellow wire.

Perfect, thank you!

If you have the manual, would you mind chasing down those wires for me? Both go into some sort of a module, and I'm trying to figure out if the module serves any other purpose besides what you mentioned.
